Hey all! Welcome to my blog I hope that everyone out there that finds this will enjoy the content!
First of all I am going to introduce myself a little bit so that you guys can get a sense of who I am and why I want to pursue a hockey fitness blog. Well, my name is Russell Olson and I am born and raised in Three Hills, AB and I have a passion for hockey and have been playing from the time I was four until now I am twenty six. Currently this last season I played college hockey for the Briercrest Clippers in the Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference. I have been playing there for three years now and I have grown to enjoy training for the season and just all around staying in shape and trying to better myself. I believe that through my training I have been able to elevate my game to a level that I am proud of and I think that for some people maybe they will find my tips and exercises useful. I have also made strides in finding out how to have a proper diet and what I should be putting into my body to compliment my fitness. But, that is just a brief preview of who I am and some of my hockey experience but most of all through this blog I am trying to make connections with people and see if my training advice can help them out with their hockey dreams, and for others they may think that my methods and training is a waste of time for them. Regardless I would love to hear from you guys and I can't wait to start posting some content and workouts and hear what you guys think. Thanks for reading and you'll hear from me soon!
